May at Syndicate: when the community became the driving force

This month, we bet on people: the ones who build, create, and stick around.

May was packed: a bootcamp for crypto builders, live AMAs with market leaders, and the launch of SNDCT Internpass — a product built to solve real problems, not to monetize them.

Community and events

In May, we launched our ambassador program for skill-building — Syndicate Inner Circle — a 4-week bootcamp for crypto builders. The response exceeded expectations: 657 applications, nearly 100 interviews, and in the end, 48 people were selected to take part. All month long, they completed tasks from us and created content about Syndicate across social media and the app feed in different formats.

On May 20 and 29, we held educational webinars for them, where we openly shared our experience on why not everyone can become a content manager. We also discussed whether a personal brand is really necessary, what actually builds a name, talked about engagement farming, digital footprint, and which shortcuts are already dead.

As for us, once the bootcamp is over, we’ll reward the top 20 people on the leaderboard, who will split a $750 USDT prize pool among themselves.

We kept putting a strong focus on real conversations with the community. Ilya Chervyakov, head of the Syndicate community, hosted an AMA with Narek Movsesian, COO and co-founder of Flipper. We talked about AI trading, DeFi, airdrop hunting, Solana, market cycles, and what crypto users will actually need in 2026. In a separate session with Vitalik Yatskiv, CEO of BoostyLabs, we discussed where Web3 is heading, what has changed in SocialFi, and which trends will set the tone in 2026–2027.

This is an important part of our work: we’re not just building a product — we’re constantly staying connected to the market and the people who use it.

Partnerships and activities

In May, 10 new partners joined us: Squirrel Wallet, Funton AI, SodaBot, METYA, Flipper DEX, Geme Wallet, FRAME, KieDEX, LitVM, and Integra. Guides for LitVM is already available on our YouTube channel.

We also ran 5 Zealy Partners campaigns together with Inframarkets, LitVM, KieDEX, Integra, and GEME Wallet, with a total prize pool of $1,100 across these activities.

On top of that, we launched the second round of Onboarding Quest so even more people could get involved in Syndicate and start earning inside the ecosystem. If you missed it, we explained in detail here how you can win your share of the prize pool in June.

At the same time, we launched SNDCT Internpass — a verified portfolio for everyone who has made a real contribution to crypto projects. Every ambassador will have a public page with their projects, and the SNDCT team manually awards the “Verified by SNDCT” badge. It’s available for community leads, moderators, ambassadors, and content creators — anyone who has done meaningful work but still doesn’t have anything official beyond a Telegram role color.

We built Internpass because we kept seeing the same thing over and over again: ambassadors and active contributors can’t prove the work they’ve actually done. Internpass solves exactly that problem, but without monetizing it. No fees, no hidden tiers.

We already have more than 1,200 accounts registered. Next month, we’ll open registration to everyone so you can create your own verified ambassador portfolio. We’re also actively working on a separate feature for projects, where crypto companies will be able to find ambassadors and publish their own programs.

App updates

In May, our in-app activity points system — SynPoints — also went live. It helps you do more than just use Syndicate: you can actually earn bonuses for check-ins, posts, comments, saves, and other actions. You can find the full guide to the points system in your dashboard under Progress (Stats), where we break down exactly what we reward points for. In May, we split a 100 USDT pool among the top 10 leaders by SynPoints. And that’s just the beginning: we’re actively developing the system, and even more rewards, activities, and earning opportunities with Syndicate are ahead.

Over the month, more than 60 activities and 60 events were added to the app. Jump in, explore interesting projects, read the guides, and take part — new earning opportunities are already inside. We also improved search by activity names, and separately worked through bugs and suggestions sent in by the community. That’s a very important part of the process for us.

What’s next

Next month promises to be just as interesting: we’re already working on new features and a refreshed look for some sections. You’ll see it all soon enough — there’s even more useful updates and more opportunities for the community ahead.
